Born on July 14th, 1993, (Bastille Day), Saulo Oliveira S., also known as Prince of Rock, is a rocker who claims to be renewing Rock & Roll. Is he actuatlly?
Saulo’s relation with music started when he composed the score of Ethics, Politics and Citizenship, a documentary that he also directed in 2013. Since then he never ceased to write his own lyrics, play piano and deliver new songs.
Oliveira’s catalogue is pretty much interesting, captivating. The narratives and statements evoked in his lyrics have traits of literature and modern beat, features that rock music needs nowadays. This idiosyncrasy can probably be attributed to his devoted sense of completeness: Saulo also composed all the melodies and plays all instruments in every song in his upcoming E.P. “Prince of Rock”, to be released March 4, 2022.
